What is "Control Mode"?

Short Definition

"Control Mode" is a mode in the Connect Mesh App that is used to control devices after the network was set up initially.

Switch to Control Mode

App version: 2.2

To switch to control mode, press the 'Settings' icon and switch from setup mode to control mode.

In control mode, devices are usually hidden in the app. Instead, devices are controlled only via rooms, groups and scenes. If a device is to be controlled individually, it can be found on the details page of the parent room or selected as a favourite in the favourites settings on the home page.
