Wall Switch

Wall Switch controls 1: Tap: On, Hold: Brightness up 2: Tap: Off, Hold: Brightness down 3: Tap: Activate preset A, Hold: Color temperature up 4: Tap: Activate preset B, Hold: Color temperature down

The battery-operated 4-button wall switch is used to control any Connect Mesh devices. This device supports the following functions:

  • Turn on/off
  • Up/Down dimming
  • Increase/Decrease light temperature
  • Primary functions: Short press & Long Hold
  • Secondary functions: Double short press, Short press and then Long Hold
  • Call up of scenes
  • Status LED
  • Low battery alert: By flashing several times when pressing a button
  • Reset button on the back You can assign each button with both primary and secondary functions individually via the app. If you choose the Quick Setup, the following standard assignment will be configured:
  • Button 1 (top left): Short press: On, Long press: Up-dimming
  • Button 2 (bottom left) Short press: Off, Long press: Down-dimming
  • Button 3 (top right) Call up preset 1, Long press: Increase color temperature
  • Button 4 (bottom right) Call up preset 2, Long press: Decrease color temperature Notes:
  • If your device does not have a reset switch (Hardware Revision 1), then you can only reset the device via the app (see section "Reset device")
  • Hardware Revision 2 already has a reset button
  • The device goes back into deep sleep mode shortly after each button press to save energy. In order to configure the device via the app, it must be kept awake by continuously pressing a button.
